All orders will ship from Denver, CO on September 11th.

All orders must be shipped to a physical address, please do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address. Lilac River Crystals is not responsible for any incorrectly input shipping addresses. 

Open baskets do not apply to the Denver Gem Show live sale baskets as we are away from office.

All orders are shipped via USPS and are insured up to $100 USD. Optional Lilac River Package Protection is automatically added to carts that exceed $100 USD and cover your package via InsureShield through Pirate Ship. If removed, protection is considered waived and Lilac River Crystals is no longer responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. For more information, please refer to our Damage Policy.
