All orders are shipped from Virginia, USA and are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipments.

The price of shipping will depend on the weight of the items in the order and will be calculated at checkout. All orders must be shipped to a physical address, please do not use a P.O. Box as your shipping address. Lilac River Crystals is not responsible for any incorrectly input shipping addresses. 

All orders are shipped via USPS and are insured up to $100 USD. Optional Lilac River Package Protection is automatically added to carts that exceed $100 USD and cover your package via ShipSurance through Pirate Ship. If removed, protection is considered waived and Lilac River Crystals is no longer responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. For more information, please refer to our Damage Policy.
