TikTok Live Sale Policy
1. Must be following me (@lilacrivercrystals) and accept my follow request if using a private account so I can communicate with you about your basket.
2. To claim an item, comment the number + letter of the corresponding crystal. The price of each item is the number on the sticker.
3. No put-backs or trades; however, upgrading to a piece of the same material with a higher value is allowed.
4. I host live sales on Wednesday & Thursday every week. Baskets will be kept open for those days so those who would like to add more can save on shipping.
5. All baskets will be closed & listings will be posted to the website on Thursday night after the live. I will send a message on TikTok when all baskets are posted.
6. Payment is due, in full, by 11:59pm ET on Friday nights (payment plans available via Shop Pay and PayPal). If not paid on time in full, they will be considered forfeited and all items will go back on the live sale table.
7. Those who forfeit their baskets will not be allowed to claim in future lives (blocked).
