Open Basket Policy (International)

Open baskets are a great way to save on shipping! By choosing an open basket, you are agreeing to your items not being sent out after payment, but instead held for up to eight weeks. You may reach out at any time requesting to be shipped and your postage total will then be invoiced to you. Your box will ship out on the Monday after your postage invoice payment is received. By choosing an open basket at checkout, you are agreeing to all of the following policies:

1. Invoices are to be paid on time, in full or with a pre-approved payment plan (via Shop Pay, Paypal, Klarna, etc), to have your items held in an open box.

2. Baskets can be held for a maximum of 8 consecutive weeks.* On the eighth week, postage will be invoiced to you and payment is required within 24 hours.

*If you’d like your open basket to be closed + shipped before the end of the 8 week period, send us a message on TikTok or Instagram @lilacrivercrystals.

3. Package protection and signature confirmation services may be paid for via our website at any time while you have an open basket and will apply to your box when it ships.

4. Lilac River Crystals reserves the right to ship out any open baskets at our discretion. If invoices are not paid on time, your postage will be invoiced immediately.

5. Baskets that exceed $5,000 USD will ship out immediately.
